I am a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) and we always ensure that we work to the highest professional standards. All valuers have the TEGoVA (REV) European Group of Valuers qualification. All employees follow a programme of continuous professional development (CPD). All valuations are carried out to the Bluebook/Recognised European Valuer Standard, the Central Bank have endorsed the ‘Blue Book’ standards, recommending them as best practice, so you can be assured of a completely professional service.
