In 1990 we established a specialist Commercial and Residential valuation service and as a result i have developed a vast expertise in this field. All valuations are carried out to the Bluebook / Recognised European Valuer Standard (TEGoVA), the Central Bank of Ireland has endorsed the ‘Blue Book’ standards, recommending them as best practice.
We are members of The European Group of Valuers (TEGoVA), the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) and we are compliant and registered with The Property Services Regulatory Authority.
The valuation standards we use are the "8th Edition 2016 European Valuation Standards" as set down by TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers Associations) also known as (BLUE BOOK).
